We are Suzie and Rols and we are restoring our beautiful 15th Century Chateau 'Citadelle du Cavalier' in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of Western France. Before we arrived this beautiful and historic building had been empty for nearly 40 years.

We have our own YouTube channel giving you an insight into the restoration and our lives here in our fairytale chateau.

With your help you can enable us to share our journey and restore this important historic building.

It's just the two of us here doing all the work ourselves. Suzie formerly had her own soft furnishing business and Rols is a furniture restorer and carpenter so between us we have a lot of the skills necessary for a project of this nature.
